It is necessary to fill the name of consignee, mail address, telephone NO.(Day & Night), fax NO. and email accurately. All of the above communicating ways are important for us to contact you in time to avoid unnecessary storage charge caused by delayed picking up .
NEAREST WAREHOUSE
The cargo would arrive at the nearest warehouse on the city you are located (The warehouse you filled in this column is one of the those we listed on the shipping form), you will pick up the cargo at the warehouse you filled. If you write “door to door” on the column, the cargo will be delivered to your mailing address by the truck driver, and put in the parkway of your home or office only.

Your cargo will be packed in a wooden case with stuffing to avoid the damage during transportation period. Cargo will travel as;

GENERAL ORDER MERCHANDISE
General order (G.O) merchandise can be any type of merchandise. General Order merchandise is imported goods placed in a Customs-approved G.O. bonded warehouse at the risk and expense of the consignee, pending release by Customs upon submission of entry document and payment of duties and taxes. Any merchandise landed but not covered by a permit for its release shall be allowed to remain at the place of unlading until the fifteenth calendar day after landing or upon arrival at an in-bond Customs port.
If the shipping company is unable to contact you within 5 days of cargo arrival into Los Angeles, storage charges will occur and be payable upon the time of pick up. All storage charges will be responsible by purchaser.
The cargo will go to General Order (G.O) Warehouse, if the cargo arrived at LAX for 15 days, but the consignee is disconnected or have not clear customs, or do not authorize the agent to clear customs. Thus it would occur much more storage charge and will accumulate everyday. The cost should be responsible by the consignee.
If documentation or payments are not received within 6 months from the date of importation, merchandise may be sold at auction or retained by the Government for official use, or donated to charity under 19 U.S.C.1491.
Please offer us the correct contact ways to avoid unnecessary storage charge. If you haven't received any shipping notice after 40 days from the date you bought the cargo, please contact the agent in Xi'an, China immediately to ask for shipping details.
WHAT CHARGES WILL BE APPLIED
Your purchase price includes all charges incurred in China, however does not include charges in the United States. A charge of USD 160 will be applied for; Destination arrangement charge, handling charge, custom clearance, duty, tax and bond. All charges are to be paid by cashier's check before delivery and release of cargo to you. Upon pick up of your cargo, there will be an additional warehouse in/out charge that will apply.

How to pick up the cargo
  Our company agent will send an arrival notice to you 2-4 days prior to the arrival of cargo into Los Angeles. The arrival notice will indicate the warehouse of which your cargo is located on. After full payment of your charges, please proceed to the warehouse indicated with a valid identification card and cashier's check for the in/out warehouse fee. Fees will vary based on the size of your cargo, please confirm the charges with the warehouse prior to picking up the cargo.
Most of the cargo is packed with wooden cases, the crates are firm and intact for our elaborately packing. Improper uncrate method would cause the damage to the cargo. Please open the crate in accordance with following instructions.
What to do if your cargo is damaged
When you pick up the cargo, if you could find crate is damaged from outside. Please inform the custodian at the warehouse to offer the damage report, and refuse to pick up the cargo, then fax the report and explanation to agent in Xi'an.
If the crate is intact, and you notice the inside cargo is damaged after opening the crate, please send email or fax to Xi'an agent and offer details immediately.
If it is one of the above two situations, we will inform the insurance company immediately, and offer you the nearest insurance company and they will have an inspection on the damaged items, and make compensation.
If you want to get the replacement, you could offer the written documents to advise the insurance company to give compensation to the agent in Xi'an (Shaanxi Haicheng Trading CO. Ltd.), and we would send a new replacement to you soon.
